WPC provided drilling services which included performing Insitu Testing for the proposed Brigade Combat Team Complex at Ft. Stewart and the Personnel Dormitory at Moody Air Force Base. Each facility location was accessible with standard truck mounted drilling equipment. Drilling and sampling was performed in accordance with ASTM D-1586.
As requested, WPC performed the following scope at the Brigade Combat Center:
- 3 Soil Test Borings (STB) (ASTM D-1586) to depths of 25 feet.
- 3 Soil Test Borings (STB) to depths of 20 feet.
- 4 Soil Test Borings (STB) to depths of 8 feet.
Also, as requested, WPC performed the following scope at the Personnel Dormitory:
- 6 Soil Test Borings (STB) to depths of 25 feet.
- 3 Soil Test Borings (STB) to depths of 8 feet.
For each site, boring logs were generated based on classification using the Unified Soil Classification System.
