Southeast Biodiesel

Southeast Biodiesel is a Southeastern producer of biodiesel using multiple feedstocks, including recycled sources, that are chemically processed to produce a high quality, ASTM D-6751 standard, fuel grade product. Southeast Biodiesel’s refining and production facility is located in the Charleston area. This facility processes oils collected from rendering and other waste non-petroleum oils to produce diesel motor fuel. Southeast Biodiesel contacted WPC to provide assistance with obtaining permits for the following compliance issues:

Prepared Air Pollution Permit application;

Stormwater Permitting: prepared a stormwater notice of intent and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan;

Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan was prepared to conform to current Environmental Protection Agency standards, guidelines and the applicable provisions of 40 CFR 112;

Pump and Haul Permit: assist with application for a Pump and Haul Permit required by the SC DHEC;

Preparation of compliance issue documentation relating to conformance with federal and state air pollution requirements in Subpart VV, equipment leak compliance;

Wastewater and OSHA Consulting.
